A Painted Feather, Paper Plane and Plenty of Hugs

My last post January 22, I blogged about my enrollment at Faulkner University and how busy I would be.  I didn't think it would be more than a month before I blogged again.

February 2013 turned out to be a month where I lost my dad unexpectedly and continued to make A's and B's in my classes.  I've gone through a difficult  time and am thankful for His grace that sustains me.  After my dad's death I'm listening to my children more intently. And have been blessed with wonderful little tokens of love from them. My 3 year old parted with a beloved painted feather and that caused my 2 year old to give up his precious paper plane.  They did these acts of love because granddaddy (mama's daddy) is in heaven with the Father.  For these tiny blessings I am thankful!

I haven't had the energy to blog, but since I have a few sincere followers I wanted to post.  Thank you for actually stopping by my blog and commenting.  I'm encouraged to keep following my Art.
